Kylie Minogue is planning to 'shock people' on her upcoming concert tour.
The 45-year-old Australian pop icon was recently signed to hip-hop mogul Jay-Z's Roc Nation record label.
She is reportedly planning an explosive set of performances to accompany the release of her 12th studio album.
The string of shows are said to be having fans and concert promoters bubbling over with anticipation.
'Touring and interacting with fans remains Kylie's first love, and promoters are lining up to be involved with next year's gigs,' a source told British newspaper The Mirror.
'As well as dates across the UK and Europe, Kylie will also play her native Australia. At the moment, there are no concerts in America being lined up.'
Her elaborate string of mind-blowing shows will apparently receive maximum funding.
Kylie is also supposedly planning to don a 'fabulous shock wardrobe'.
'She has already had loads of ideas and this will be a no-expense-spared tour with lots of pyrotechnics, dancers, special effects and a few surprises ' including her wardrobe,' the insider detailed.
'Kylie definitely plans to shock people.'
The follow-up to Kylie's 2010 album Aphrodite is set to be sensational.
Apparently the singer is putting her all into creating an innovative sound her devoted listeners have never heard from her before.
'Kylie has been working on some great material and is really happy with the new musical direction her stuff is taking,' the source said.
'It is still distinctly Kylie but with a fresh, more electro-urban twist.'
