Kylie Minogue has joked her fans' gifts increase her travel budget.

The pop star released her eleventh studio album Aphrodite in July last year, and is performing an extensive world tour to showcase the record. After dazzling audience in Europe and Asia, Kylie is currently on the American leg of her live series of shows.

The songstress has a vast collection of gifts backstage from her fans across the globe, which she revealed in a new interview

Kylie, who was behind the scenes at the Hollywood Bowl, has joked that their incessant present-giving is causing her problems whilst travelling.

' also end up with a massive collection of things people give me. We have Aphrodite dolls that people have made. A few of them are particularly fierce. They're really increasing my budget though because I have to cart this stuff around the world,' she laughed to Extra. ' love all the stuff fans do though. They do reach me and I love them.'

Kylie also reminisced about her successful music career that began in the 1980s. The gorgeous star loves looking at all the merchandise she's launched over the years because it's a way of sharing her most intimate and personal career moments with her fans.

' love merchandising, it's always a really fun part of the tour. This is a book signed by myself and my creative director. It's crazy to think of what we've done over the years. I could tell you where each and every one of these pictures was taken. There is a memory from them all. Memory lane,' she explained. 'Things like this are so nice to share with the fans and the audience. The shows here in States have been going so well and I'm ecstatic to be sharing the show.'

After the US and Mexico, the 42-year-old singing sensation will move on to South Africa before ending the world tour in her native Australia in June.
