Madonna leads fans in birthday song for her son

Madonna got her fans in Denmark to sing Happy Birthday to her son.

The Material Girl was performing in the country's capital Copenhagen on Tuesday as part of her worldwide Sticky and Sweet tour.

Halfway through the show, Madonna urged the 50,000-strong crowd at the Parken Stadium to sing Happy Birthday to Rocco, who was in the audience and celebrating his ninth birthday.

She shouted out: "Happy Birthday to my son Rocco, who is watching the show right now and I just want to say that I love you very much. You are a number one son and maybe everyone would like to sing Happy Birthday to him."
