Kylie Minogue feels like 'lucky cat'
Kylie Minogue feels like a 'cat with several lives' following her cancer battle.

The Australian singer was diagnosed with the disease in her breast in 2005. She went on to have an operation and chemotherapy and was later given the all clear.

She knows for most people it seems like the illness happened a long time ago, but Kylie still spends a lot of time thinking about it.

'Over time, people have a tendency to forget about it. Not me. A day does not go by without me thinking about it. Just looking in a mirror is enough ' the scars are moral and physical,' she told Paris Match.

'There are days when I feel an incredible anger, others when I say that I was very lucky in my misfortune.

'I feel like a cat, having had several lives. In my career as in my personal life, I made enough bad decisions to land me in deep water. Finally, I haven't got out too badly.'

Kylie is currently dating Spanish model Andrés Velencoso, with the pair both content in their relationship.

The 43-year-old is continually asked about whether she will marry Andres or have children with him, but she prefers not to plan too far into the future.

'Love is hard work. I have never believed that marriage was the be all and end all,' she said.

'There are people who think that a beautiful story will last a lifetime. I tell myself it will last as long as it lasts, I'm less disappointed.'
