Beyoncé challenges fake baby rumours
Beyoncé Knowles has fired back at internet rumours that she is not really pregnant.

The 30-year-old pop superstar addressed claims that her baby bump is fake which had spread like wildfire two months ago after an interview on Australian television.

It was claimed that when the star sat down for the on camera chat, it looked like her bump deflated as if it was a prosthetic.

But Beyoncé laughed off the stories while filming one of her music promos back in September in a clip that has been uploaded onto YouTube.

Holding up a copy of New York Daily News, the singer who is expecting her first baby with rapper husband Jay-Z, made it clear that the reports were ridiculous and proudly showed off her growing belly.

'Hello, it is September 23. Oh baby, oh baby, oh baby, oh baby,' Beyoncé said while rubbing her bump.

'This was on the cover of the Daily News. Right now I'm actually shooting the video for Countdown and I'm six months pregnant. pretending that my stomach is flat in body suits.

'Thank god you can't tell from the front, but when I turn to the side, oh baby, oh baby.'

Beyoncé seemed to have a sense of humour about it and laughed about the reports. Her revelation that she was six months pregnant back then makes her further along in her pregnancy than was previously reported.
