Jennifer Lopez has spoken about the 'overwhelming' challenges of being a working mother.

The American Idol judge has three-year-old twins, Max and Emme, and told E! News that juggling her career and her children can sometimes take its toll.

'I just have this attitude towards life ' you just gotta attack it,' Jennifer said. 'You just gotta go for it.

'But sometimes it can be overwhelming. I have a lot going on with the kids and everything, but you know, anytime I get tired or feel overwhelmed, I go, 'This is good. I'm alive. It's OK. I'm lucky.''

The 42-year-old admitted that she sometimes she thinks about taking a break from the entertainment industry.

'I get tired sometimes, but to be quite honest, I love what I do,' she shared. 'Anytime I get any feeling that feels like this is scary, this is too much, I'm like, 'Don't be so weak.''

Jennifer also has a little bit of Bieber Fever and gushed about the teen idol.

'I think he's adorable,' the Jenny From The Block singer said. 'I would love to do something with him. He's a talented kid.'

The singer is reportedly dating her 24-year-old back up dancer, Casper Smart.
