The 'America's Got Talent' host and the singer are set to become parents to a son and daughter within the next few weeks and Nick is very impressed with the 'sacrifices' Mariah is making.

He told People: ''m in awe of my wife. She is the most beautiful, strong person I've ever met. Seeing her go through this and have to literally just relinquish everything that she's always been, and sacrifice her being for her children is just the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.'

Nick says he can't wait to become a father because he knows his life is going to get even better.

He said: 't's been the most amazing journey I've ever been on. I've heard that the journey only gets better, so I can't wait.'

Nick says he can't believe how much his life has changed since marrying the 'Hero' hitmaker in 2008 and is grateful for everything that has happened to him.

He said: ''m an ordinary guy in an extraordinary situation. I got a chance to marry my dream girl. I got a chance to live my dream and entertain people for a living. Everything I do is a blessing. I just wake up happy everyday and I try to spread that joy. If I can make people smile every day, then I'm doing my job.'
